Retention
Flock's June 2026 LPR policy says default LPR retention is seven days, but its August 2026 Evidence Policy describes a standard 30-day customer-data retention period unless otherwise specified. Customer contracts/policies therefore matter.
Sharing
Flock says customers choose whether to share LPR data with other customers, subject to law and policy.
Auditability
Flock advertises per-search audit logs and customer-controlled access.
Facial recognition
Flock's current LPR product page states facial recognition is not included and not planned for that LPR product.
